In April, 2010 Yulmar-Service LLP in association with an English company Novus Sealing Limited have created joint venture on gaskets manufacture, sealants for the petrol-gas industry. Project Novus Sealing Caspian LLP has entered into a card of industrialization of Republic Kazakhstan.
On July 4th 2011, Akim of the Atyrau city presented the project to head of the state Noursultan Abishevichu Nazarbayev.
With the participation of First Deputy Mayor of Atyrau city official opening of facility took place, also were present :
