Training
The Company employees' training is required for fulfilling strategic objectives of the company and is one of the main priorities when developing training plans and budgets.
The development of Kazakhstan personnel training policy is one of the main objectives of Yulmar Service Company.
Currently training is carried out at specialized training centers in Atyrau and Kulsary, as well as by the Company engineering staff on the new insulation work methods. Improving the knowledge in actual production environment, with mandatory probation period under mentor’s guidance has considerably speeded up the training process. Much attention is paid to safety training in accordance with TCO and the Company policies. Up to date we have 100% certified personnel.
